Fiberglass Insulation
As a versatile material, fiberglass insulation plays many roles in creating high-performing buildings while improving energy efficiency, reducing sound and optimizing comfort.
At Marshall’s Insulation, we trust the Owens Corning® Fiberglas™ insulation line, which offers a variety of solutions tailored to the unique acoustic and thermal control demands of commercial projects. Fiberglass offers mold resistance and less dust for a cleaner work environment. Fiberglass insulation products from Owens Corning are versatile enough for a variety of applications, from interior partitions to sophisticated acoustic wall and ceiling treatments.
From making a hospital or multi-family buildings quieter, to protecting the mechanical systems that keep systems running and occupants comfortable, Owens Corning® Fiberglas™ insulation brings trusted performance to the insulating challenge.
Spray Foam
We offer spray foam insulation for applicable commercial projects from our state-of-the-art spray foam equipment designed to provide the highest performance, efficiency and accuracy available today.
Spray foam creates a superior air barrier insulation system. It has a high R-value per inch, so it’s more efficient at insulating with less material required. Spray foam dramatically reduces energy loss through convection and is best suited for commercial new construction, remodels and new addition projects.
At Marshall’s, we opt to install spray foam products from Natural Polymers™, an Owens Corning company. Natural Polymers™ spray foam insulation helps to optimize every job with a full line of innovative formulations. Whether a structure needs closed cell, open cell or zero cell spray foam, we will consult with you to determine the right application for your commercial project. Plus, all Natural Polymers™ products are GREENGUARD Gold Certified for added peace of mind.
Mineral Wool
Mineral wool contains a minimum of 70% recycled content, and it’s non-combustible, inorganic and mold-resistant. Thermafiber® from Owens Corning is the #1 specified brand of commercial mineral wool.* Mineral wool insulation resists fire and temperatures in excess of 2,000˚F while also providing sound control and energy conservation.
As a semi-rigid product that is easy to cut and install, its flexibility allows it to conform to building shapes and construction irregularities. With 70% minimum recycled content, Thermafiber® contributes to LEED® building programs. Additionally, it resists mold and fungi and is vermin-proof due to its inorganic material.

Tax Deductions for Energy-Efficient Commercial Buildings
Section 179D of the Internal Revenue Code allows deductions for energy-efficient commercial buildings. Taxpayers claiming this tax deduction can receive as much as $5.00 per square foot when making energy efficiency improvements above certain thresholds to commercial and multifamily buildings. The deduction can be allocated to engineers, architects and contractors responsible for creating the technical specifications of a building.
